Easi Eats Terms of Use

Easi Eats is provided by App Space LLC. By using Easi Eats, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Easi Eats provides restaurant discovery, recommendation, and decision-support tools. Easi Eats does not order food, process payments, create reservations, or certify restaurant outcomes.

Restaurant information may come from Easi Eats systems, Google Places, restaurants, maps services, or other provider data. Easi Eats does not guarantee restaurant quality, availability, safety, menu accuracy, prices, hours, directions, photos, ratings, websites, phone numbers, dietary suitability, allergen safety, satisfaction, or completeness. Provider data may be incomplete, stale, wrong, or unavailable.

Easi Eats is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, nutrition, allergy, or dietary safety advice. If a decision could affect your health or safety, confirm details directly with the restaurant or another qualified source before ordering or eating.

You are responsible for decisions made using Easi Eats. Use judgment, verify important details directly with restaurants, and comply with applicable laws and third-party restaurant or provider terms.

Users may submit support text and optional selected images through the in-app Report a Problem flow. App Space may review support submissions to troubleshoot, protect the service, respond to requests, and enforce these terms.

You are responsible for content you choose to send through Easi Eats support. Only submit content you have the right to share. App Space may use user submissions as reasonably needed for support, safety, operations, service protection, and enforcement of these terms.

Support attachments are optional selected JPEG or PNG images only, limited to 3 images. Videos, automatic screenshots, and arbitrary files are not supported. Attachments may be compressed, validated, rejected, or excluded for safety, security, or operational reasons.

• Do not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or maliciously automate Easi Eats.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service or bypass security, signing, rate limits, provider limits, or operational controls.
• Do not submit harmful, unlawful, abusive, explicit, malicious, or rights-infringing material.
• Do not submit passwords, payment details, private third-party information, or sensitive personal information not needed for support.
• Do not misuse restaurant or provider data.

Features may change, suspend, or discontinue. Provider data may be unavailable. Operational controls may affect photos, expanded details, results, or fallback behavior. Easi Eats does not promise uninterrupted availability.

App Space may suspend, limit, or end access to Easi Eats if needed to protect users, restaurants, providers, infrastructure, security, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Easi Eats may rely on third-party infrastructure, restaurant data, maps, platform, and service providers. Current service-provider information is available on the Easi Eats Service Providers page. Third-party services may have separate terms and policies.

App Space LLC owns or controls Easi Eats app and site content except third-party or provider content and user-submitted support materials. User support submissions grant App Space a limited right to process, review, and use them for support, safety, operations, service protection, and enforcement.

To the extent allowed by law, Easi Eats is provided "as is" and "as available." App Space LLC does not warrant that results are accurate, complete, reliable, safe, available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Easi Eats does not provide medical, nutrition, allergy, or dietary safety advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, App Space LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or decisions made based on restaurant suggestions or provider data.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be handled under available legal processes unless a later version of these terms provides more specific terms.

These terms may be updated as Easi Eats changes. Continued use means acceptance where legally allowed.
