These terms apply to App Space public website and company-level web surfaces. Product-specific app terms may apply separately to individual apps.

• Do not interfere with, scrape, abuse, or misuse App Space website surfaces.
• Do not attempt to access systems, data, or features that are not intended for you.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, malicious, misleading, or rights-infringing material through any contact or support path.
• Do not use App Space content in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

App Space names, marks, product designs, app icons, website content, and related materials are owned or controlled by App Space LLC or its licensors. Do not reuse them without permission.

App Space website surfaces may link to third-party websites or services, including product providers, maps, app platforms, and the Brain Space homepage. Third-party services are not controlled by App Space and may have their own terms and privacy practices.

App Space website surfaces, content, and legal pages may change over time. Continued use means acceptance where legally allowed.

App Space website surfaces are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent allowed by law. App Space LLC does not warrant that website content is accurate, complete, current, available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, App Space LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of App Space website surfaces.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be handled under available legal processes unless a later version of these terms provides more specific terms.
