Fortune Support

Last updated: August 30, 2026

Troubleshoot common Fortune behavior or contact the existing Brain Space general-inquiries route. This page does not contain a support form.

Existing general-inquiries route

Fortune support can use [email protected], the existing Brain Space general-inquiries address.

No support form

This page does not collect information or submit a ticket. Email opens only when you choose the link.

Privacy first

Describe only what is needed and do not include passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Contact support

For a Fortune inquiry, email [email protected].

This is the existing Brain Space general-inquiries address used as the current support route. It is not a newly created or dedicated Fortune mailbox. Selecting the email link opens your mail app; this website does not collect or submit the message.

Helpful details to include

  • What you were trying to do.
  • What happened and what you expected.
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version, if relevant.
  • The app version and build shown in Fortune Settings.
  • Whether the behavior repeats after closing and reopening Fortune.

Daily fortune or date looks wrong

  1. Confirm that Date & Time and time zone are correct in iOS Settings.
  2. Close and reopen Fortune so it can refresh the current local day.
  3. Remember that Fortune intentionally allows one new opening per local day.

Daily reminder does not appear

  1. Open Fortune Settings and confirm Daily Reminder is enabled.
  2. In iOS Settings, confirm Fortune is allowed to send notifications.
  3. Check Focus modes and Scheduled Summary settings that may delay an alert.
  4. Return to Fortune and set the reminder time again if needed.

Widget does not refresh

  1. Open Fortune once, then return to the Home Screen.
  2. Wait briefly for iOS to refresh the widget timeline.
  3. If the widget remains stale, remove it and add the Fortune widget again.
  4. Restart the iPhone before sending a support inquiry if the issue continues.

Sharing

Fortune creates a share card only when you choose Share and then presents the iOS share sheet. If one destination fails, try saving or sharing to another destination to distinguish a Fortune issue from the selected service’s behavior.

Before sending email

  • Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
  • Do not send payment details.
  • Do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed to explain the issue.
  • Attach a screenshot only if it is useful and safe to share.

Privacy

The Fortune app does not automatically send support diagnostics. Email is voluntary and separate from the app’s local data flow. Review the Fortune Privacy Policy before sending information.
